This has been getting some heavy coverage on the net lately. There are actually 2 or 3 recordings of customers disputing their bills because Verizon can't tell the difference betweem .002 dollars and .002 cents. The rates are different for each instance of Verizon stupidity. Dolts! The Consumerist has the audio and video for ya!
